I know not everyone uses mods that much or at all, but I thought I would help people try some. They're completely okay to use, and are mostly aesthetic.
This mod allows you to change the animations of rifles and pistols. The animations of this mod is specifically made for FALLOUT NEW VEGAS. This mod may not be compatible with any other animation mod that alters weapon animations or the default New Vegas movement animations. This mod should be compatible with 'pose' type animation mods. If people want more posts about mods that I would recommend or use I'll gladly make them. If you need help installing these mods or questions about mods in general, just ask.
Also, there is no fix for the Banana Hat but I'm working on figuring out how to remove it.

Hey, I was wondering if I could get these no-crit backstab animation mods signed so i could use them on your servers :3

The rest of your post sounds pretty contradictory to the bolded. Like, the looking at the guns themselves wasn't as great as in other games with notable reloads, even with all the individually modeled parts of each gun. I do think they're great, just not interesting enough to be the best. I would still put the gun animation themselves below RE4's, if only for the bolt action rifle and the broken butterfly.
It's not interesting, but its great! How can something great not be automatically interesting? What's more interesting to me are the context-appropriate character animations during reloading. I just wish you could discard handguns when you wanted, and that discarding the long guns had a more deliberate throw animation to them. Be notified of new releases

Texture and animation fixes:
Using custom animations? You should install 'TF2-TIP-and-I-want-to-use-my-own-animations' in addition to the regular file to opt out of the animation changes and avoid conflicts. Make sure your animations load after both files.
Do NOT install 'TF2-TIP-and-I-want-to-use-my-own-animations' if you're not using any animation mods.

Fixes
sv_pure issues on Valve servers. Full movie free.
Due to a disagreement between
sv_pure and the mod, updated textures were being requested but could not be loaded. Causing missing textures to show up.

Let's try this again. Repository rebuild from scratch.
I'm actually keeping track of everything I'm doing now instead of throwing a bunch of files together and hoping it doesn't break.
Everything has been tested now and it should just work. Providing minimal enhancements on Valve servers but at least not crashing / breaking everything. On community servers it is still the TIP you know and love.
